Boil mango with onion chilli and turmeric. When mango is cooked,
add 1 cup coconut milk and bring to a boil. For seasoning splutter
mustard seeds, pinch of fenugreek seeds, jeera, dry red chilli, curry
leaves. Add to curry. For a low fat and sour version replace the
coconut milk with yogurt and add to a cooled curry
