1 lb.(450g) boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1/4 cup of italian dressing
2 cups of vegetables
1tsp of soy sauce
Instructions
Stir fry chicken in two tbsp of dressing on a non stick skillet at medium heat for 5 min then add vegetables with remaing dressing stir fry for 5 min or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp and tender.
