Topping.
Cover with any vegetables you like and the season. I've used
broccoli, zucchini, peppers, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms,
tomatoes. It works well to slightly pre-cook the firmer vegetables
before adding to the pizza.
Top with another 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before
cutting.
