Cook beef for one hour on the side.
In a different pot, Chop up onions into tiny pieces and mix into
the pot with butter.
Add in the carrots, the beats, and tomato paste. Mix all
together. Add in the cabbage until half the pot is full, and then
add in the potatoes, leaves and green pepper.
Add only the beef to the pot. Then strain in the meats water,
and add in more water if necessary.
Add parsley and salt 5 minutes before done.
Done when the potatoes are completely cooked. (35min)
