In a bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add nuts in bowl. In separate bowl, froth water and egg white, 1 min. until it is frothy, not stiff or peaky.
Pour egg white froth over nuts. Spread out in one level on cookie sheet covered with foil (non stick foil). Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Immediately, scrape nuts off the foil and cool.
