Instructions
In a frying pan, heat oil at dial 5. In a bowl add egg and milk and whisk well. In a separate bowl add bread crumbs, cheese and spices. Mix well. Using 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick chicken pieces, dip in egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Coat well. Place chicken in frying pan and cook until a medium colour. Turn over and continue to cook. Place chicken onto a paper towel lined plate. Repeat with other chicken pieces.
