4 (15 oz) can cannellini beans - rinsed and drained
2 (4.5 oz) cans green chilies
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping
Instructions
In a large saucepan , saute the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies, and seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, oncovered, for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and heavy whipping cream.
Toppings-
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
chopped cilantro
