1 cup of half &half cream or 1 cup of milk (WIC food)
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of chopped celery (WIC food)
1 cup of chopped carrots (WIC food)
2 cups of chopped broccoli (WIC food)
1& 1/2 cups of chopped cauliflower(WIC food)
5 cups of cut-up potatoes
1/4 cup of chopped onion (WIC food)
1& 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 or 3 cups of shredded American cheese
Instructions
Mix broth,water,milk and soup in large pan. Add chopped vetetables to pan. Bring to boil and boil for 1/2 hour, then simmer for 1/2 hour.Stir often.
Add cheese to soup just before serving.

Serve with fresh cut-up fruit (WIC foods).
