Put beans, garlic, lemon juice, parsely and a small
amount of olive oil in mini food processor. Pulse
until smooth. Add more oil if needed. Transfer to
serving bowl.
Stir in crushed red pepper, and cumin. Let stand for
30 minutes to let flavors blend.
whole-wheat pita- cut into wedges OR cut in half,
brush with olive oil and broil for 1-2 minutes. Then
cut into wedges
Serve with pita wedges, carrots, celery, etc.
