Heat large pan over heat. Add 1 tbl oil ...add shrimp, saute until pink about 1 minute...transfer to bowl and reserve
add remaining 1 tbl oil to pan...when hot add garlic,ginger with onion powder. saute until soft. add soy sauce mixture, simmer, stirring up browned bits from bottom of pan until mixture is reduced by half 2-3 min... add edamame, tomato and shrimp...simmer until shrimp are cooked through 2-3 minutes...whisk in butter, and then whisk in cornstarch and stir till thickened. season with salt and pepper.
