Combine beans, cream cheese and sour cream together in a baking pan. Mix up as best as you can with chili powder. Grate a layer of cheddar cheese on the top.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 45 min, or until done. Usually I (Kelly) see it bubbling a bit and then I take it out.
I'm guessing 8x8 pan, double recipe for a full pan.
