2 bottles of barbque sauce (I prefer Sweet Baby Rays)
hamburger buns
Instructions
Slice both onions. Place half of sliced onions in the bottom of a large crock pot or slow cooker. Place roast, fat side up, on top of onions and add other half of onions on the roast.
Peel and cut up garlic cloves into small pieces and sprinkle around the roast. Pour in about 4-5 cups of water into crock pot and add in the beef bouillon cubes into the water. Turn crock pot on low and let cook for 6-7 hours, turning roast once in the middle of cooking to allow even cooking. Keep an eye on the water to make sure it doesn't get low, but remember when you open the lid the crock pot loses a lot of heat and steam.
After 6-7 hours, when the pork is pulling easily apart with a fork into strings, discard all liquid. Pull pork apart with two forks and discard any fat and bones. Pour in barbeque sauce and cover with lid. Leave crock pot on low for 1 hour. Then serve pulled-pork on hamburger buns.
