1 1/3 cups quinoa
|
|
1 can baby corn
|
|
Fresh tomatoes, diced
|

1 avocado, diced
|
|
1 diced red pepper
|

1 diced yellow pepper
|
|
1/2 cup diced carrot
|
|
1/2 cup diced celery
|
|
Balsamic vinegar to taste
|
|
|

4-5 chicken breasts
|
|
Mrs Dash seasoning
|

Instructions |

|
Cook 1.5 cups of Quinoa
Let cool and mix in a bowl with corn, tomatoes,
avocado, peppers, carrot, celery, and balsamic
vinegar.

Season chicken breasts with Mrs Dash, then grill.
Serve together or dice the chicken breast and toss
together.
