3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 2/3 cups hot water
2 cans beef broth
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 can kidney beans
Instructions
In large soup pot, brown sausage really well in olive oil. Add onion, garlic, carrots and basil, cook 5 mins. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, cook covered 1 hour. Add beans with liquid, cook another 20 mins.
