Combine cream cheese, sour cream, oramge juice and sugar. Mixing well until blended. Chill.
Combine flour, salt, milk, and eggs. beat until smooth. Heat 10 inch oven proof skillet in 450 degree oven until very hot. Add oleo to coatskillet, pour in batter immediately. Bake on lowest oven rack at 450 degree 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degreees, continue baking 10 minutes or until golden brown. Fill with fruit, top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.
