Cook broccoli in salt water until tender- about 5 minutes. Drain well.

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until mixed well.
|
|
|
Add broccoli to the cheese and soup mix, stir well.
|
|
|
Pour mix into buttered casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers (about 3/4 cup). Bake 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
