Wash squash and cut it in half. Scoop out seeds. Make cuts in the meat of the squash. Place squash in baking dish. Fill the baking dish with about 1 inch of water.

Rub 1 Tbsp butter inside each half of squash. Leave remaining butter inside squash.
Then put 2 Tsp of brown sugar in each half and spread it all around the inside of the squash.
Pour 2 Tsp maple syrup over each half.

Bake for 1 hour or until tender. When finished baking spoon liquid inside squash all over the meat of the squash to spread the flavor.

|
Wait a few minutes for them to cool a little bit and serve.
