1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Cut
the plums in half, discard the stones and place in
a 568ml/1 pint ovenproof dish, or 4 individual
dishes. Sprinkle with some of the cinnamon.
2. Beat the egg yolks with the yogurt, vanilla
essence and sweetener and pour over the plums.
Stand the dish in a roasting pan and add water to
come halfway up the sides of the dish. Cook in the
oven for 30 minutes, until set.
3. Mix the bran flakes with the remaining cinnamon
and sprinkle over the dish. Serve hot or cold.
