Preheat oven to 350F. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and margarine on high for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted, stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla, stir in flour. Set aside 1 cup of batter. Spread remaining batter into a greased 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle chips and 1 cup nuts. Microwave caramels and milk on high for 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Spoon over chips and nuts. Spread remaining batter on top and sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 40 minutes.
