Cook and drain pasta. Preheat lg. saute pan on medium. Place oil
and garlic in pan and cook 3-4 min. Add bruschetta topping,
shrimp, pepper flakes, 1/4 salt and pepper. Cook and stir 1 min.
Add broth; cook 2-3 min until reduced to half and shrimp turned
pink. Reduce heat to low; stir in butter, spinach, cheese, pasta and
remaining salt and pepper. Toss til butter and cheese melts and
spinach wilts. Serve.
