1 lb regular pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
7 slices of bread
3 TBSP butter
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 cups half and half
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
Instructions
Butter baking dish. Butter brease and lay on bottom of 9x13
baking dish. Sprinkle with sausage, top with cheese. Beat
remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage mixture.
Chill overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees fir 45 minutes.
Can sub 2 cups diced ham for sausage. Can add green chiles.
