Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut block of cheese into cubes. Flatten each biscuit, stack a pepperoni in middle, top with cube of cheese, and top with another pepperoni. Fold edges and cover pepperoni/cheese with biscuit into a ball form, (see picture). Do this with each biscuit. Line biscuits in a greased pan. Brush biscuits with beaten egg, & top with parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, & garlic powder. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
