Steam the sardines and de-bone. Clean the canned
sardines.
Boil the daun kesum, half the bunga kantan with
stalk in half a large pot of water until dis-
colours. remove the daun kesom - bunga kantan. Add
the fish.
add chilli boh, asam jawa, belacan, stock cubes,
fish and sugar. adjust each ingredient.

-mint leaves
