1 small RED ONION, thinly sliced with rings separated
Dressing-
1 cup VEGETABLE OIL
1/2 cup WHITE OR RED WINE VINEGAR
1/4 to 1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 TBSP DRIED ITALIAN SEASONING
2 t DRY MUSTARD
1 t SALT
Instructions
Remove outer green leaves of cauliflower and break
into flowerets; wash thoroughly. Set aside. Trim off
large leave of broccoli, remove stalks, separate.
Combine both with mushrooms and onions in a large
bowl. Toss.
Combine remaining ingredients for dressing. Mix well
and pour over vegetables, tossing gently. Cover and
chill at least 3 hours.
