1 - 3 oz jello brand vamilla pudding - not instant
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup corn starch
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in pan and bring to almost a boil. Reduce heat to medium and remove from heat when mixture starts to boil.
Add coconut and cover with saran wrap and refrigerate. When you remove from refrigerator beat for 1 minute.
1 pint whipping cream and beat until stiff. Add 1/2 cup powder sugar and fold into 1 cup cool whip. (Cook whip should be in fridge for 24 hours being using in whip cream.)
