1 small can water chestnuts drained and chopped up
1 can bean sprouts drained
1 cup yellow, red and orange peppers chopped up
2 tbsp. Soy sauce (or more to taste)
Thickener- 3 tbsp corn starch with enough water to make into liquid
Instructions
Debone the chicken and simmer with broth for 30-45 minute.
Add carrots, celery, onion and simmer until a little softened. Add
mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and peppers.
Put bean sprouts in and add soy and corn starch mixture, heat until
all is hot stirring continually because it will thicken. Serve over
chow mein noodles or rice.
