Heat oil over med. heat. Add ˝ mushrooms, onion and garlic;
sauté. Add spices, sauté 2 min.
Stir in broth, barley and bay leaves; boil. Reduce heat, cover and
cook 25 min.
Mix in carrots, wine and remaining mushrooms; boil. Reduce heat
and simmer 20 min.
Add sausage, cook 5 min.
Remove bay leaves and serve.
