Preheat oven to 350. Mix 2 c. of flour and powdered sugar together. Cut in the butter. Mix well until the tough resembles pie dough consistency. Press the dough into a 9x13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes of until golden brown. Beat together eggs, sugar, 4 T. flour, lemon juice, and lemon rind for about 2 minutes. Pour the mixture over the baked crust. Bake the bars another 20 minutes or until the lemon topping has set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
(Possibly add more zest. Filling will look runny.)
