6 oz. Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated (1 1/2 Cups)
3 pkgs. Frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Melt butter in Pyrex dish. Add onion, stir in flour. Combine spinach, eggs cottage
cheese and Cheddar or Colby cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and
pour into Pyrex dish and stir to combine with flour mixture. Bake uncovered at 350o for 1
hour.
