ICING- Combine butter, shortening and peanut butter until smooth. Mix in salt and vanilla. Combine powdered sugar, cocoa and enough milk to make a medium consistency and icing is smooth. Ice cupcakes with either a spatula, or place in a pastry bag and pipe round circles onto tops of cupcakes. Garnish with Tagalong cookie crumbs or whole cookies. Makes 24 cupcakes.
