Apple Directions- Peel and slice apples.
Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir into
apples. Place bottom crust into pie dish and add apple mixture.
Add dabs of butter.
Seal with top crust and make slits in top of crust. Sprinkle with
sugar and a little cinnamon.
Berry Directions- Rinse, drain and mix berries with 2 beaten egg
yolks, sugar and flour. Place bottom crust into pie dish and add
berry mixture.
Add dabs of butter, then seal top crust, make slits for stream and
sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400° for 20 min, then-
For apple, 375° for 40 min,; for berry, 375° for 30 min.
