Cook Sausage and Onion until done. Put aside to cool.
Once cooled, in a bowl add cream cheese, sauerkraut, egg, mustard, pinch oregano, parsley and enough bread crumbs to make it moldable.
Put in Fridge to harden a bit then roll into balls.
Dip in flour, egg then bread crumbs.
Fry or freeze them
