Cook and drain the spinach. While hot, add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in a casserole for 20-25 minutes (slow oven around 300 degrees) add croutons on top the last 15 minutes and bake rest of time. Some add croutons right away. Helen recommended only 8 oz of cream cheese and 1/4 stick of melted oleo. Can use fresh spinach.
