Mix 1/4 c. sugar & 1/4 t. cinnamon and reserve. Combine biscuit mix and
remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Add applesauce, milk, egg, and
salad oil & beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400F for 12 minutes or until done. Cool slightly and remove from
pan. Dip tops in melted butter then in reserved sugar mixture.
