2Tb butter, melted
|

1Tb EVOO
|

1/4ts ground black pepper

1ts salt

2 pinches of cayenne pepper

1/4ts of garlic powder or any other salt free seasoning of your choice

Half of a loaf of bread, torn or cut into 3/4in cubes

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven or toaster oven at 450 degrees.
|
|
|
Combine the melted butter and EVOO in a bowl. Drizzle on the bread cubes.
|
|
|
Combine all of the seasoning into another bowl. Sprinkle on to the bread.
|
|
|
Bake the bread cubes for 8-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown. The older the bread, the less cooking time.
