-1 spoon salt, red mirch, turmeric
-2 tomato, green chili, ginger, garlic,
-Onion
-Yoghurt- 2 tbsp
Put baking soda on Chaney and leave it half an hour than wash really well. Brown onions, blend tomato, ginger, garlic, onions, green chili and put back in oil put in masalas then add Chaney and cook for a while then add yoghurt and 1 to 2 litre water and cook in pressure cooker for half an hour then lower heat for another 15 mins.
