1 carrot, julienned (simply fry with oil and a little salt)
cucumber, cut into long strips
2 eggs (mix the eggs together and fry like a pancake, then cut it into strips)
1/2 pound of spinach, boiled (optional
pickled radish, cut into strips
Instructions
Arrange the rice on top of the seaweed. Make a thin
layer with the rice then top it with the remaining
ingredients, in any order that you choose. When you
have finished filling the seaweed, roll it into a
log and seal it with a small amount of rice.
