BLEND- 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1/3 c. butter and 1/3 c. powedere sugar. Pat into a 9 by 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.
CREAM TOGETHER- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 t. vanilla. Then fold in 1 c. cool whip and spread over the crust.
BEAT- 2 1/2-3 c. cold milk with 2 3 oz. packages of lemon pudding. Put on top of mixture in the pan and let set for 30 minutes in the fridge. Top with cool whip and spread with nuts.
