Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Separate the crescent rolls and sprinkle with flour to prevent them from sticking. Put on Tablespoon of pie filling in the center of each roll. To seal each dumpling, fold one side over and pinch them together. Spray the cookie sheet with nonstick baking spray. Place the dumplings on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
