in a small pot cook the 4 tomatillos & jalapeno pepper, once the tomatillos nd jalapeno have begun to soften set aside to cool. then place the pork ribs in large pot and pour enough water in the pot to cover the pork ribs. cook the ribs on high and allow the water to evaporte, the pork ribs will then begin to fry. while the pork ribs are starting to sizzle pour the tomatillo mixture into a blender along with the cilantro onion and cumin seeds. blend the ingredients long enough for them to all incorporate. pour the mixture from the blender over the pork ribs (still simmering). then remove the ribs & sauce from the heat and servewith spinch on top.
