1. In frying pan over low-medium heat, add tofu
chunks and chicken stock mixed with 1 tablespoon
water. Coat tofu evenly with chicken stock, then add
parsley, salt and pepper and any other chicken
seasonings. Fry until crispy
2. Garlic Mayo- Mince garlic with salt until smooth
paste; stir into mayonnaise along with lemon juice
and hot pepper sauce.
3. Spread garlic mayo over tortillas. Top with tofu,
lettuce, and tomato. Roll up; slice in half.
