Season liberally with pumpkin pie spice and pepper on both sides
of 2 butterflied or 4 regular boneless pork chops. Fry in a little
oil on both sides until browned. Remove from skillet and add a
small onion, diced and an apple that has been cored and diced. Fry
until tender. Add 1/2 apple cider or apple juice. Reduce for 2
minutes. Add the pork back in and heat through.
