Put the chicken in a baking dish. Take the juice of one lemon and pour over chicken the liberally sprinkle with dill weed. Put two lemon slices per chicken breast and then put a slice of butter on top of each lemon slice (this way the butter runs over the lemon as it melts).
Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes until done (internal temperature of 160F with instant read thermometer). Do not over cook as it will be dry, so a thermometer is essential to get it right.
