Combine hoisin, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, sesame oil,
cloves and 3/4 cup water. Put in slow cooker and add pork. Turn to
cover with sauce. Cook 7-8 hours on low (or 5-6 on high).
20 min before serving cook noodles and add broccoli for last 4 min
of cooking.
Shred the meat using 2 forks and mix in the vinegar. Serve over
noodles and broccoli.
