DRY THE WINGS- Place them on a wire rack in the refrigerator
overnight. I give them a light coat of seasoned baking powder. The
drier the wings, the crispier the skin and juicier the meat!
Fry wings in 375 degree oil for 10 minutes, until
crispy
-or-
Bake in 450 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, until
crispy (turn wings halfway through cooking)
-or-
Air fryer at 400 for 25 minutes
Mix hot sauce, butter, oregano, garlic powder, onion
powder, thyme and pepper in a tupperware big enough
to also hold the wings.
Immediately toss finished wings in tupperware with
lid covered.This will evenly distribute the sauce on
all the wings.
