Put porkchops in 9x13 pan sprayed with pam. Squirt big glob of
ketchup on each chop. Heaping tbsp brown sugar on each chop.
Add tbsp or 2 lemon juice and water around it. Cover, 350 for an
hour or hour and a half. Halfway through the hour, mix ketchup
and brown sugar in with lemon juice to form sauce.
