In a clear, glass bowl, layer the following items-
|

3 Jiffy Cornbread muffins--crumbled
|
|
1 small can sliced black olives (drained)
|
|
1 can each pinto beans and shoe peg corn, drained (I have also used half white and half yellow corn)
|
|
½ c. Ranch dressing
|
|
1 c. bell peppers (assorted colors)
|
|
2 c. cooked, shredded chicken (I use ham instead)
|
|
½ c. diced, red onions
|
|
2 chopped tomatoes
|
|
|
|
