Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together all dry ingredients (flour through salt) in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients (butter through vanilla).

Stir wet ingredients into dry. Fold in strawberries.

|
Either butter or place paper liners in a 12-Cup muffin tin. Fill cups completely with muffin mixture.
|
|
|
Place muffin tin in the oven. Set the timer for 15 min. Check the muffins at this time. If they are still squishy on top, put back in the oven for a few min.
