Cook 8 min. in 4 1/2 C water-

2 env. Chicken Noodle soup - 1 C rice
|
|
Brown and drain-
|
|
1 pound bulk sausage
|
|
Add-
|
|
1 C chopped celery, 1 med. onion, chopped
|
|
Cook together, gently
|
|
Stir together-
|
|
|
|
1 can Cr. of chicken soup, 1 can mushrooms, drained
|
|
Mix together soup and rice, sausage and veggies in large oven-proof casserole
|
|
Bake 1 hour at 325degrees. Covered!
