1. preheat oven to 180 C .lightly grease four 1 1/2 cup capacity ovenproof dishes. Or use a 2L ovenproof dish just increase time to 30-35 minutes.

2. Sift flour and the cocoa together i a large bowl. Add the sugarand stir to combine. Make a well in the center. In a small bowl combine the eggs, milk and melted butter.Add to dry ingredients and stir well.

3. pour mixture into greased dishes
4. to make the chocolate sauce, combine the sugar, cocoa, hot milk and 3/4 cup water. Slowly pour the mixture on to each pudding.

5. Bake the puddings in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until tops are form.Set aside for five minutes then dust with cocoa and serve with ice cream.
